As a team with 12 players, this meant that we played short most weeks. As a result, we had some testing times, but this bunch of boys pulled together, had loads of fun, lots of laughs, finished stronger and got some very exciting wins and draws against higher ranked teams towards to end of the season.

To all the lovely families, whether it be Mums, Dads, Grand Parents or siblings, thank you for your support. We loved chatting with you at the games and thank you for your assistance with ground duty, ground control and assisting when the coach or manager were away.

To the boys, we didn’t make the semi-finals this year, but we are confident that when we return next year, we will be a force to be reckoned with. If we continue to train hard and develop more skills as we have, continuing to respect each other and play for one another, you will do very well. To see each and every one of you improve, transform in fitness level and confidence was great to see. Well done boys, you carried yourself with respect throughout the season and did your team, club and family proud.
