6G Season Report
The boys in 6G had a wonderful year this year, even though we missed a lot of training and play due to the rain, it was still a privilege to watch the boys grow as little soccer players. Our coach Troy Pastro did an amazing job to turn kids who were hesitant to kick a ball into dribbling, passing and goal scoring dynamos!
So great to introduce so many wonderful people to the Eagles club, hope to see you all next season!
Talon Anderson: You can always count on Talon to give everything he has on the field – whether it be chasing the ball, giving the ball a massive boot, or scoring one of his many goals, Talon had a mighty season with the Eagles and we hope he has many more!
Jaiden Burke: He came to us a little later in the season, but boy we enjoyed the spectacle he put on when he arrived – giant kicks, powerful running, many goals, and his famous “sliding kick”! Great season Jaiden, and we hope to see you next year!
Jesse Eisenhuth: It was great to watch Jesse’s talents develop over the season. He demonstrated the fantastic dribbling and passing skills he had developed to great effect, scoring multiple goals for the Eagles. Looking forward to seeing the great soccer player he becomes!
Finn Layton: Finnie was a little shy at first, but you could see his confidence growing over the season. He finished off with one of his best performances in the final game, with multiple great kicks and passes. The future looks bright Finnie!
Hayden Pastro: He led both in front and in the back, scoring many fantastic goals and making spectacular saves that would make some of the senior Eagles players jealous! Even with all this talent, he continued to develop a wider array of soccer skills so that he will eventually become the complete package! Great season Hayden, looking forward to next year!
Tom Spencer: From the very beginning, Tom worked hard to develop his soccer skills, and you could see that when he stepped onto the soccer field later in the season. He started to win possession and dribble with style, and set up many goals with his pinpoint passes. Looking forward to seeing what he can do next year!
Logan Townsend: A dasher with the ball on the wing, with a game face to intimidate any opposition, Logan managed to get himself in the clear many times to score for the Eagles. His skills will hold him in good season for what is hopefully a stellar career with the Eagles. Fantastic season Logan!
