We welcomed a couple of new faces to the team this year and right from the first training session we knew it was going to be a great season. The boys didn’t disappoint with some pretty amazing stats achieved:

Out of 13 season games and 3 gala games the team won 14, lost 1 and drew 1 with an impressive 97 goals for and 28 against.

Most of all we were proud of their sportsmanship anad enjoying playing the game and forming some great friendships.

Fletcher – Always plays a consistent strong game with impressive control of the ball at all times. A thrill to watch him in action and can score a goal from anywhere on the field.

Isaac – A tough competitor and quick off the mark to tackle the ball. Always has a fancy trick up his sleeve and a great defender. His game has improved from year to year.

Logan – Would always be in the right place at the right time whether attacking or defending he was a natural team player and an asset to the team.

Mickey – A natural with the ball and an all-rounder in attack and defence. Some impressive dribbling and passing skills which was a major contributor to the team’s success.

Thomas – the powerhouse striker who was able to score some amazing goals from the other end of the field. You wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of one of his kicks for goal.

Ray – a consistently strong player who was always anticipating his opponent’s next move and being in position to receive a pass and score a goal.

A big thanks to Andy for coaching the boys again. His relaxed and positive attitude made for an enjoyable season for all the team and families involved. The boys really look up to Andy and have a fun time at every training session and game.
