WOW,

What an amazing year it has been for the team. Minor premiers and grand final winners in their first year I couldn’t be happier for them.

With a lot of new faces this season it was great seeing them play as a team and do the hard work for each other.

The standard of football they played was really impressive and great to watch.

This was their first year playing competition and moving up to a full field with offsides and they handled it brilliantly.

All the boys have developed knowledge and skills to take them forward in the future.

The team only lost one game early in the season and I could tell that they were really disappointed and that they weren’t going to make a habit of that.

So with the determination they showed we upped the level of the way we play and dominated the remainder of the season.

The stats for the year were amazing; they scored 60+ goals and conceded only 10.

To concede that few goals is a testament of how much effort they put in.

I hope they all enjoyed the season and made new friends.
