What an awesome first year we have all had.

We started the year as U6F without any of the boys on the team ever playing soccer before and our fantastic coach Glen taught them all so well and with the effort made each week at training and at the games, after seven games we were regraded and put up into U6D.

After going through undefeated in U6F it was a tough start to the higher grade. We started with two defeats but it was never enough to dampen the excitement for the next game and that paid off with them winning the rest of their games.

The improvement shown throughout the season was unbelievable. They all shared on the goal scoring and played every game with great sportsmanship towards each other and the opponents.

With the cold early starts all 6 boys would turn up with smiles and ready for every game. Each week we have had lots of laughs and there is no shortage of enthusiasm.

Dale, Hayden, Hugh, Isaac, Jayden and Oliver you should all be very proud of yourselves, we all are.

All the boys and parents have made some great friends and have learnt so much.
