The team has had a fantastic season, with every player showing huge improvement from the first game to the last.

This was the first year of soccer for most of the boys and it has been amazing to watch their confidence, skills and teamwork grow each week.

Arthur, Ashton, Clay, Cruz, Noah and Zeke it was great watching you go from chasing the ball around at the start of the season to actually passing, defending, scoring and celebrating together!

Every player got on the score sheet this year and watching you all celebrate each other’s goals was super exciting for all on the side line.  A big thanks to Colin & Jo for all your help with training, timing and subs. Thank you to our amazing team manager Eliza – what a score to get such an organised, passionate team manager who had it all organised and so much more!

Also a big thank you to all the boys parents for providing such a positive, constructive and supportive vibe around the team, it was a great help and has made this season a place where the boys could relax, have fun, make friends and really enjoy playing together.

All the boys should be very proud of what they achieved this season, the boys only lost a handful of games and continued to improve each and every week.

Most importantly, they played with great sportsmanship, had plenty of fun and built great friendships along the way. Well done boys on a wonderful season!

Jason, Coach U6A

***Little add on from the manager for Jason:

Our coach Jason went above and beyond for our team and you can clearly see how much he genuinely cares about each of our players and the club! Jase and the other dads showed great interest and care for each child’s development, and they would also add an element of fun (like playing kid v dad games and when Jase threw the boys a surprise pizza party at our last training session). It was the little things like these that created such a positive environment for our team. So thankful our little team of 6 years olds have such great role models that they can look up to!
