Our W6A girls had a fantastic season filled with fun, friendship and plenty of growth. From the very first gala day through to the final game, it was wonderful to watch the girls build their confidence, learn new skills and develop a genuine love for soccer. Every training session and match brought smiles, laughter and excitement, and the team spirit they showed throughout the year made coaching this group an absolute pleasure.

Each player brought something special to the team. Kaia was a strong defender with a powerful kick, Harper led the way as our top goal scorer, Marley impressed with speedy dribbling and clever passing, Lani combined powerful running with some great goals, and Myra showed excellent control and positioning all season. Although Stevie was unable to play throughout the year, it was great to have her involved at the Eagles Gala Day. While there were knocks and bruises all the girls kept pushing forward and genuinely looking out for one another, even if they tackled harder at training rather than game day. Watching them grow in confidence, skill and teamwork has been incredibly rewarding, and we are all very proud of what they achieved this season.
