What a Season It Has Been! ⚽💙🤍

What a great start to the season — and what an incredible journey it turned out to be!

From the very first game, the girls brought plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a fantastic team spirit. This year we welcomed three new players to the team, and they settled in so well with the girls. It was wonderful to watch friendships grow and see everyone become such an important part of the team.

The girls worked hard all season, learning new skills and then showing their determination to put those skills into action on the pitch. Every week they gave it their absolute best, and there was never a shortage of effort, determination or fighting spirit.

We had so many close and exciting games throughout the season. While the final score didn’t always go our way, the girls never let that stop them. They continued to battle, encourage each other and fight right until the final whistle. Their resilience and never-give-up attitude was something to be incredibly proud of.

But this season was about so much more than the results. It was about building confidence, making friendships, learning, improving and having fun. The girls supported one another, celebrated each other’s successes and picked each other up when things didn’t go our way.

Watching the girls grow as players and as a team has been fantastic. They should all be extremely proud of how far they have come and the effort they have put in throughout the season.

A huge thank you to all the parents and families for their support every week — whether it was cheering from the sideline, helping behind the scenes or simply getting everyone to training and games!

Most importantly, thank you to our amazing girls for making this such a fun, memorable and exciting season.

We may not have won every game, but we certainly won when it came to teamwork, determination, friendship and team spirit! 💙🤍

Bring on next season! ⚽🦅
